Extending credit to warmongers
• In the Democratic Republic of Congo, where the Deutsche Bank has financed the mining corporation AngloGold Ashanti, a long-time partner of the civil war militia FNI responsible for numerous war crimes.
• In the Sudan,
where the Deutsche Bank has co-financed the Chinese Oil Conglomerate CNPC/PetroChina, which has been extracting “bloody” oil from the crisis region of Darfur.
 
Extending credit to destroyers of the environment
• In Indonesia,
the Deutsche Bank has co-financed the mining corporation Freeport McMoRan that extracts gold and copper from the jungle, chemically polluting the whole region.
 
Extending credit to controversial atomic energy projects
The Deutsche Bank shares in the financing not only of uranium mining but also of the production of atomic weapons.
