Daoism


A philosophic-mystical teaching, which arose in the 4th Century BCE as a counter movement to Confucianism.
  

• Daoismus means the “teaching of the way” (dao).
• Its basis is the “Daode jing”, the “classic of the way and its power”, which is attributed to the legendary sage Laozi (“ancient master”).
